The following changes in requirements to the Standard for Motor Control Centers, UL 845, are being proposed for preliminary review and comment only:

1. For Preliminary Review Only: Addition of 4.2.2 to correspond with 4th edition of UL 845.

2. For Preliminary Review Only: Revision of 6.3.8 to add a blank after the word "rating."

3. For Preliminary Review Only: Revision of 6.3.50 to address Cautionary Marking Letter Size.

4. For Preliminary Review Only: Addition of 6.3.62 marking requirement.

5. For Preliminary Review Only: Revision of wording in Tables 7, 8, and 9, footnote "A."

6. For Preliminary Review Only: Revision of 8.1.7.0 and addition of 8.2.25.6 to address indirect locking schemes.

7. For Preliminary Review Only: Revision of 8.2.4.1 to correct clause references.

8. For Preliminary Review Only: Revision to 8.2.10.3 to correct clause references.

9. For Preliminary Review Only: Addition of 8.2.13.15 and 8.2.13.16 to correspond with 4th edition of UL 845.

10. For Preliminary Review Only: Revision of clauses to reference Table 17 to clarify the meaning of "ampacity."

11. For Preliminary Review Only: Addition of 8.2.20.7 (d) to be consistent with UL 891.

18. For Preliminary Review Only: Revision of 9.12.6.3 and addition of 9.12.6.4 to clarify requirements for cases where the unit short-circuit rating is higher than the withstand rating of the disconnect switch
