2 Scope

2.1 This Standard covers all plastic film products, including biodegradable and compostable products, as defined in the following subcategories:

a)    Garbage bags;

b)    Grocery carry-out sacks;

c)    Retail sacks;

d)    Industrial shipping sacks;

e)    Shrink film case wrap;

f)    Industrial stretch wrap;

g)    Drum and other liners;

h)    Construction films;

i)    Agricultural films;

j)    Agricultural mulch films.

2.2 This Standard does not cover “oxo-degradable” or “oxo-biodegradable” plastic film products.
