The attached comment matrix documents the comments received on the November 19, 2003 proposal bulletin and the responses to these comments. At the direction of the STP Chair, responsibility for developing responses to the comments received was assigned to the UL's technical representative on the STP, Kerry Bell, since the proposals were submitted by UL.

SUMMARY OF TOPICS

This bulletin proposes the Second Edition of UL 2351. This proposed new edition is a periodic re-issuance to ensure that UL's Standards remain up to date with regard to format and editorial issues such as numbering, pagination, and cross-referencing. This proposed new edition also includes new and revised requirements. Specific topics include the following:

1. Addition of the Glass Bulb Integrity Requirements

2. Revision of the Sensitivity - Oven Heat Test

3. Revisions to the Distribution Test

4. Addition of Production Leakage Test
